I am a runner with a love of all things fitness. I began my fitness career as a Group Fitness instructor teaching Step Aerobics and Sculpting. Currently I offer fitness classes virtual and in-person. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, POUND, Metafit and Group Fitness instructor. I am also a member of a local run group Black Girls Run. My hobbies are reading, running, cooking and sewing. It my desire to decrease the obesity rate in my community one POUND at a time.
