Hi, I'm Erin! I've been running for the entire second half of my life and fell in love with the Marathon. After having many injuries and learning how not to train with bad advice, I trained myself and learned all I could to get the most of out of training without overtraining and causing injuries. I qualified for and ran the Boston marathon and have found that there are so many different ways to train for different body types and lifestyles. I belive in tailored plans that can help every athlete no matter what phase of training and life they are in.
